Challenge

NatWest wanted to highlight the benefits of their 24/7 Banking App, Community Bankers and award winning Speedy Social Service by relating them to real life experiences to show how they help their customers. 


Solution

In a series of engaging and genuine conversations, we cast well known Channel 4 talent to discuss lifestyle benefits associated with these key NatWest products. We paired up Mary Portas with AJ Odudu, and Tim Lovejoy with Tom Daley chatting in relaxed real life environments about real benefits.

We worked collaboratively with the talent to find genuine stories of how their lives are enhanced by similar advancements in technology and the need for both online and face to face communication.

We launched the campaign in the first break of Celeb Hunted on Channel 4, with 3 x 30” edits then following for each product and service supported by talent and brand social posts.
